Tom is a UK-trained musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist with a strong background in sports therapy and physiotherapy. He earned his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from King’s College London in 2014, following a Bachelor of Science in Sports Therapy completed in 2009.
Throughout his career, Tom has gained diverse experience working in primary care as a First Contact Practitioner, private practice at one of London’s top-rated gyms, occupational health for the London Fire Brigade, and within the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK.
Passionate about evidence-based practice, Tom is dedicated to educating his patients and empowering them with the knowledge and skills they need to manage their conditions and reach their goals. His special interest in Strength and Conditioning (S&C) allows him to apply evidence-based principles to help clients of all abilities.
An advocate for movement and exercise-based rehabilitation, Tom collaborates closely with his clients, promoting an empowerment model of health to optimize their overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Tom is an outdoor enthusiast who loves being in nature. He is also a keen cook and an avid weightlifter and gym goer.
